Dr. David Deramo is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon with nearly 20 years spent treating shoulders, knees, and hips. He’s fellowship-trained in sports medicine and works almost entirely through arthroscopy, the minimally invasive approach that means smaller incisions, less downtime, and a faster return to the things you actually want to do. A good portion of his work is reconstruction and revision surgery, including complex cases other surgeons have already operated on.

Dr. Deramo will walk you through what he’s seeing, where surgery helps and where it won’t, and what recovery actually looks like, so the choice is yours and you understand it.

What began as an orthopaedic and sports medicine practice has grown into something broader.
