You can request a copy of that notice at either office or by contacting us using the details above.
This website Privacy Policy does not replace or change our Notice of Privacy Practices. Where the two overlap, the Notice of Privacy Practices controls how we handle your protected health information. Information that is protected health information under HIPAA is also generally exempt from the state consumer privacy laws described below, so the rights in the “Your privacy rights” section apply to the information we collect through this website, not to your medical records.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers can send a “Do Not Track” signal or a Global Privacy Control signal. There is no single agreed standard for how sites must respond to Do Not Track, so our site does not currently respond to it.
